Meet the Founder!
Hi, I’m Ellie Reynolds, a freshman at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and the founder of Ellie’s Coffee Co. I started this brand out of my love for coffee and community. I’m involved with CRU on campus, and some of my favorite moments have come from grabbing coffee with friends after events or meeting up for Bible study. Those conversations inspired me to create a space for others.
Ellie’s Coffee Co. was born from the idea that coffee can be more than just a drink but create connection and encouragement in a busy day of being a college student. Whether it’s sharing faith, friendship, or just a place to study, my goal is to create a safe space.

All of our coffee beans are from Hawaii and naturally grown! Every blend is carefully selected for you and your flavor. Our new monthly drinks show that we’re always experimenting to bring you something fresh!
