Hi! I’m Ellie, a freshman at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and the founder of Ellie’s Coffee Co. This all started with my love for good coffee and sharing it with friends. What began as needing a cozy spot to hangout has grown into something so much more. My business values intentional space built around connection, comfort, and community. In the shop you will find hanging plants, lots of windows, and soft lighting! I’m so excited to share this space with you!
Whether you’re powering through an all-nighter study session or just need a fun drink to keep you motivated while you study, I’ve got you covered. Miami University is all about helping students thrive and put their best foot forward. My hope is that Ellie’s Coffee Co. can be a small part of that journey by offering a space to recharge, connect, and feel encouraged!
